In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Skrillex has opened up about his relationship with Ellie Goulding, saying that his girlfriend has made him "more secure".
He also admitted that he asked her out via email, although he'd never met her. He said: "I sent her an e-mail, like, 'I'm Skrillex. I don't know if you know who I am, but I love your shit.' We started texting and talking on the phone. Just randomly, when she was in New York, she flew out to Memphis for a couple of days to see me."
He added: "I love her. She's my fucking girl."
