DIPLO AND A-TRAK TO REMIX MICHAEL JACKSON FOR PEPSI

[Note to editors: The US label has confirmed, Skrillex is in fact not involved with the project as was earlier released.]

Pete Tong's prophecy is looking all the more likely. Diplo and A-Trak will remix Michael Jackson's 'Bad' for Pepsi. The remix package will be released just in time for the 25th anniversary of the album release later this month, and will be accessed through a special Pepsi-can promotion where fans can scan a code with their phone to hear a song.

Pepsi have revealed the multiyear global marketing campaign with the tagline 'Live for Now', featuring soundtracks by some of the biggest names in music today – including the campaign's front woman, Nicki Minaj.

Pepsi isn't the only fizzy pop with big budgets and an eye on music trends. Coca-Cola have previously got the likes of Daft Punk, David Guetta, Justice and So-Me to design special limited edition bottles.
