After an overwhelming response to Mixmag + The Nest's DJ Competition, we’ve come up with a shortlist of five finalists to present to Mowgli and his Go Deeper associates. By next Friday we’ll have a winner to play Go Deeper at The Nest, Dalston with Mowgli and Spencer Parker on July 22.
The five mixes selected span a whole host of sounds under the deep house/techno umbrella; from the low-end UK bass of WLT, the tropical deepness of The Street Kids and the subtly vocal house of Spielkamerad, to the funky building grooves of Dad’s Armchair and the subterranean techno of Doubleffe.
Listen, download, comment, favourite before the July 15 when the winner will be announced. Thanks for all the amazing entries and support for the competing artists!
