After a hectic 18 months of touring, Major Lazer are planning to release an album next year.
The trio of Diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire released their second album 'Free The Universe' back in April, after no fewer than three delays, and are now planning to begin writing their third.
During a solo tour of Australia, Jillionaire told Triple J: "I think that once this year shuts down we’re gonna pull it back in and do a lot less touring. Right now we’re going in to a bunch of writing sessions for the next album, and hopefully we’re gonna finish that off by the end of the year."
Major Lazer play at The Warehouse Project on November 8 and headline the O2 Academy Brixton on November 9.
