LISTEN TO MACHINEDRUM'S ESSENTIAL MIX

American producer Machinedrum took charge of the Essential Mix last night on BBC Radio 1.

The slot on Radio 1 follows in the wake of the release of 'Vapor City' by Machinedrum, whose real name is Travis Stewart.

Stewart's latest album was released via Ninja Tune at the end of September, and marked his debut album for the revered imprint.

Within the two-hour mix, thanks to his LuckyMe connections Machinedrum was able to squeeze in some exclusive music from Rustie, plus material from long-term collaborator and comrade Jimmy Edgar and much more besides.
