FLYING LOTUS: "IF MUSIC DOESN'T WORK OUT, I'LL MAKE BEATS FOR PORNOS"

Flying Lotus' music is normally associated with jazz, electronic hip hop, psychedelia and smoking a ton of weed. Not dicks, tits and bathtubs full of lube. But in a new interview with Mixmag, FlyLo has revealed that if the whole electronica thing didn't work out, he could have had a career making the soundtracks of porno movies.
"I’ve known people who have edited porn for a month, just to make a quick buck out of the industry," the Los Angeles-based producer told us. "There was a time when I thought, if this music thing doesn’t work out maybe I could make beats for pornos."
LA is, of course, a hot bed of the pornography industry and one of the girls that Flying Lotus went to school with even went on to become famed porno actress Lacey Duvalle.
