CORSTEN'S COUNTDOWN CELEBRATES 250TH BIRTHDAY

Most radio stations leave the average listener screaming at the radio, being bombarded with adverts and hearing the same half-a-dozen One Direction songs played on repeat.

So if you're in the market for something a bit different, here's your chance to get involved with a trance legend and suggest tracks for a mammoth birthday mix.

Ferry Corsten's legendary weekly radio show, Corsten's Countdown, turns 250 today and to celebrate the landmark occasion the trance producer is playing a interactive eight hour show.

The Dutch DJ is asking listeners to get in touch with suggestions for this afternoons show, which will be made up of new tunes and classics from previous shows.
