CARIBOU TO RELEASE NEW LP AS DAPHNI

Dan Snaith, better known as Caribou, has announced his plans to release a new LP under his dance fuelled moniker, Daphni.
Jiaolong will be released on October 8 and sees Snaith take his passion for dance music away from his psychedelic pop project Caribou.
After the success of track 'Ye Ye' last year he is now compiling a new album that aims to tackle the EDM that is in such high demand at the moment. In a press release he described the intentions of his new project.
"Set against the backdrop of bland and functional dance music and the mind-numbing predictability of the EDM barfsplosion currently gripping the corporate ravesters, there is a small world where dance music lives up to its potential to liberate, surprise, and innovate."
"It's there that I hope Daphni has a place."
