Cable, the south London club home to some of the capital's best underground dubstep and drum'n'bass nights as well as legendary afterparty Jaded, is opening a new venue in February 2012.
Relay will be a new, state-of-the-art, 500 capacity space that will open where Cable's under-loved third room currently is. It will feature brand new sound and lighting systems, improved cloakroom, seating areas and bar and, we're promised, an atmospheric, bare brickwork inspired re-design.
This new venture from the team behind Cable is an exciting prospect for London's clubbers. The main club is already kitted out with one of the best soundsystems in the city and Relay looks set to add to the kind of quality that has put the London Bridge venue on the map.
Relay kicks of on February 4 with flagship club night [moh-teef] bringing the best of underground house to the club. For listings and full information, check the Relay website here.
