For our first DJ lab session of the New Year we welcomed a producer / DJ who looks set to take 2013 by storm. Last year Duke Dumont united the worlds of house, techno and bass when he released ‘For Club Play’ parts 1 & 2 on Tiga’s Turbo Recordings.
The likes of Laurent Garnier, Annie Mac, Skream, T.Williams and Disclosure championed both EPs and towards the end of last year tracks such as ‘No Money Blues’ and ‘Thunder Clap’ found their way into the record bags of the worlds best DJs while ripping up the worlds biggest dance floors in the process.
Also joining Duke Dumont for this week’s session was Ed Banger's Boston Bun. The Frenchman’s unique take on house music has ignited the imagination of many and his ‘Housecall' EP gained support form the likes of Erol Alkan and Daniel Avery.
