About Me

Mixmag Designer/Drum ’n’ Bass editor: I've been working at Mixmag, in various guises, since the summer of 2001. Originally employed as a designer and then art editor, I've also managed to wangle writing the drum & bass page for the past 5 years, thanks to my ongoing obsession with all things big, bad and heavy. In between photoshopping Seb Fontaine's head onto a hippopotamus and playing inordinate amounts of Steely Dan on the office hi-fi, I also make drum ’n’ bass under the Technicolour moniker and am signed to Technique Recordings. My cat is called Derek and my dad lives on a barge.
