Tresor celebrates 25 years with a festival and global showcase

One of Berlin's techno mainstays is celebrating a milestone anniversary this year. Founded in 1991, Tresor is ringing in 25 years.

To properly commemorate its legacy, the nightclub and label will host the Tresor 25 Years Festival along with an impressive series of global showcases and a monster compilation that will bookend Tresor Records' release schedule for the year.

Though the celebration will continue throughout the year commencing on March 12, the apex of the party will take place across July 21 through 23 for the Tresor 25 Years Festival. Though details remain to be revealed for the festival evenings, Tresor guarantees that prominent names that have contributed to the club's success will be included.

Additionally, Tresor takes flight and heads to several international destinations for a series of special showcases. Amsterdam, London, Sydney, Paris and and Tresnor's debut in Detroit are slated for the year. Find dates and locations below.

In October, Tresor Records will reveal a highly anticipated compilation as a final cap to the celebratory year. New projects from Terrence Dixon, Borderland (Juan Atkins and Moritz von Oswald), Objekt, and many more can be expected throughout 2016.
