Stone Island ‘6519’ Shadow Project

A look at the brands AW ‘016 ‘017 collection

Now in it’s seventeenth collection, this seasons Stone Island Shadow Project capsule examines the inherent friction between the wearer and the space they inhabit.

The raw, earthy toned collection features hoodies, sweats, tees, jumpers and outerwear options, made up from endurant materials and ‘future vintage’ patina to create an accentuated contrast in untreated fabrications.

Staple fabrics including the David-TC and Raso-R have also undergone new fabrication applications, with new fallout colour treatment - a hand applied process that produces an eroded effect and gritty exterior.

As well as technical fabrications, technical details can also be seen throughout the collection, including hidden and gateway pockets, jacket straps and drop pockets.

Check out the gallery above, or head over to the Stone Island website to see the full lookbook images.
