Mega-conglomerate SFX Entertainment is currently in the midst of restructuring following the company's bankruptcy.

In addition to the bankruptcy, former CEO of the company Robert Sillerman has also been dealing with his own sort of trouble since Fall of 2015, navigating a lawsuit aimed at him that claims he made misleading statements in regards to the company's stock value, as well as possibly violating federal security laws.

Sillerman has recently asked the judge presiding over the case to place his ongoing lawsuit on hold until the conclusion of his company's bankruptcy filing, naming the lawsuit an "enormous distraction".
