Ricardo Villalobos is no stranger to lengthy tracks. He regularly breaches the 10-minute mark and, at times, pushes even further, with cuts like ‘Minimoonstar (Full Session)’, ‘Fizheuer Zieheuer’ and ‘Fizbeast’ amounting to a combined total of over 100 minutes.
The latest Villalobos offering to surface online clocks in at a whopping 45 minutes. It’s titled ‘Bionic Sad’, and is a minimalistic groove featuring warped vocal samples and skittering percussive elements.
Unreleased Villalobos tracks have been known to pop up online in the past and disappear soon after.
