New York artist Mykki Blanco is launching his own label, Dogfood Music Group, in September.

A compilation, 'C-ORE', will be the first release with a couple of new tracks - 'Paw' and 'Coke White, Starlight' - from Blanco, while the others come from Dogfood artists Yves Tumor, Violence and Psychoegyptian.

According to Blanco, the 12-track compilation, following his 'Gay Dog Food' mixtape from last year, is a representation of their culture and their interests, going against the "black American norm".

"We are a group of friends who have created a release that represents a slice of what we're into, our culture and what we want to show the world.

"People all over the world are only fed this singular image of 'African American Music' and we want to disrupt that."

It's out on September 18 and you can see the tracklist below.

01. Violence - This Is Going To Be Disgusting, Unholy, And Pleasurable
02. Psychoegyptian - Lbcd
