Kate Simko is a trailblazing artist. She constructs musical hybrids that build upon her background as a classically trained pianist and take influence from the underground scene of her hometown Chicago.

Her latest project takes this concept to the next level, with Kate collaborating with her London Electronic Orchestra for an album’s worth of dazzling cross-genre fusions.

Preceding the full-length’s May release, Kate Simko & London Electronic Orchestra will release the ‘Tilted’ EP on February 26, that arrives backed with a remix of the title track from Seth Troxler and Phil Moffa’s new “music and art project” Lost Souls Of Saturn.

It was a rework Seth was delighted to undertake, with the straight-talking selector saying: "It was fantastic to be able to work on the project. Kate is a true visionary in what electronic music can be, and where the future of electronic music can lie."

‘Titled (Seth Troxler and Phil Moffa remix)’ is a minimalistic float through sparse percussion, mesmerising sequencers and twinkling chimes, with a grounding edge provided by deep bass notes. Listen below.

'Tilted' is out through The Vinyl Factory on February 26
