REVIEW: LOST IN IBIZA BOAT PARTY

This season, there are plenty of boat party options for the visiting Ibiza hedonist to choose from. Last week, a selection of Mixmag’s Balearic naval squadron sailed off into the mystic with the giddy Lost In Ibiza crew, who have a reputation for showcasing the finest underground talent on their Funktion-One fuelled vessel.

After trading many fine swash-buckling tales and sinking more than a few nerve calming rum infused drinks at Itaca, we set sail from San Antonio at 6pm, The Lost In Ibiza crew were made up of savvy music lovers, buxom massage girls, a handful of dancing wenches, and a passenger list of 200 plus educated travellers who cared to listen to deep house, nu-disco and tech house tunes, and liked to down plenty of free sangria as they watched the sun set into the Mediterranean.

In recent weeks, Russ Yallop and Rossko have held sway over the main sonic rudder. To find out who’ll be headlining latter sea voyages check out the Lost in Ibiza website before embarkation.

From July, Lost In Ibiza will also be sailing out of Playa Den Bossa. But remember, where there is a sea, there are also pirates... so keep a tight hold on your booty.
