There’s a makeover and better air-con for Sankeys Ibiza this year, but the real news is that the multi-roomed venue, which only opened last year, is becoming established as a hot-spot for underground house, bass and techno.
The opening fiesta featured Solomun, Tiefschwarz, David August, Tobi Neumann and live sets from Stimming and Guti on May 24, while Basement Jaxx and Booka Shade will be dropping DJ sets alongside Joy Orbison, Mosca, Jackmaster and more.
Regular nights include Steve Lawler’s VIVa party every Wednesday, Mixmag faves Diynamic on Tuesdays and Carnival on Saturdays. Fuse, Supalova and Propaganda fill the rest of the week, with guest parties lined up with Bugged Out! The Jackathon, Hypercolour, Mulletover and more.
