10 IN:MOTION NYE

Motion, Bristol

Bristol's biggest and best club gets bigger and better for NYE, busting out of its own converted skate park into the neighbouring Marble Factory warehouse and opening an outdoor terrace overlooking the river. They'll need the extra space too: DJs on the night include Hannah Wants, Lil Silva, GotSome, Barely Legal, CKTRL and more.

11 NACHTDUIK

Ahoy, Rotterdam

More widely known as home to the North Sea Jazz festival and numerous Carl Cox events, Nachtduik dock at the massive Ahoy venue for the first time to transform it into one of New Year's Eve's biggest parties. Multiple arenas will host an incredible collection of artists including Detroit legend Jeff Mills, Âme, Marcel Dettmann, Nina Kraviz and KiNK.

12 LOST PARADISE FESTIVAL

Glenworth Valley, Australia

Deep in the green groves of Glenworth Valley, this festival takes three days to build to up to its climatic conclusion. But with art instillations, long table feasts, burlesque nights, a spa, yoga sessions, and on mass skinny-dipping it is easy understand why some might never want it to arrive. This glamping experience will see the likes of Jon Hopkins, Four Tet, Jamie XX, Ben UFO, Âme and more get in among the teepees and bell tents for the New Year's celebrations.

13 FLYING CIRCUS NYE

Canibal Royal Beach Club, Mexico

One of the longest-running New Year's Eve events in Mexico, Flying Circus is set in the stunning, palm tree-lined Canibal Beach club, overlooking the clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean. It's perhaps unsurprising, then, that they've managed to tempt some big names to the seaside paradise this year, including Audiofly, Carl Craig, M.A.N.D.Y. and Lake People.

14 THE WAREHOUSE PROJECT

Store Street, Manchester

This year marks a decade since The Warehouse Project first opened its doors to the public, and they wrap this anniversary year up with two huge parties at Store Street. The double celebration has MK, Hanna Wants, Catz N' Dogz and Miguel Campbell all in attendance at on New Year's Eve. A more techno-focused New Year's Day party will see Adam Beyer, Nina Kraviz and Ben Klock host the final Warehouse Project of the season.

15 NEW YEAR’S EVE BANG

Culture Box, Copenhagen

In our opinion, it's one of the best small clubs in the world – and Culture Box's NYE party taps into the rich DJ talent of Scandinavia to send the year out with a bang. Token Records' Ctrls and Mads Rehl (of Forgotten Figures) lead the charge with the help of Rivet in the main room, whilst Tim Andresen and Joel Alter will take the reins in the second, more house-focused room. A fresh batch of local Copenhagen DJs will also help soundtrack the night.

16 MAGIC DOOR NYE: A SPACE ODYSSEY 2015

Secret location, Birmingham

One of the most colourful and maddest parties around, Magic Door is back with a New Year's Eve cosmic disco. Expect fancy dress, incredible technicolour décor and attention to detail and a never-before-used warehouse location. Guests are never announced until the night, but previous events this year have seen the likes of PBR Streetgang, Norman Jay and Death On The Balcony take part, so expect a level of DJ to match the fantastic production.

17 Fabric NYE

Fabric, London

London clubbing lynchpin Fabric consistently throws some of the city's best parties with the world's finest DJs. For New Year's Eve the club has called upon the selectors responsible for its favourite sets in recent history and got them all playing on the same night for what is certain to be a blockbusting way to see in 2016. Nina Kraviz, Eats Everything, George FitzGerald and residents Craig Richards and Terry Francis will all be in attendance to work that unparalleled system.

18 Tribal Sessions

Sankeys, Manchester

Sankeys' best-loved party Tribal Sessions will reinforce its esteemed status with this Matthias Tanzmann helmed celebration. The Moon Harbour boss is a resident at legendary DC10 party Circo Loco, but can he do it on a wet Thursday night in Manchester? You bet he can. Expect the finest cuts of grooving tech house to feature in abundance.

19 LA Cheetah NYE

LA Cheetah Club, Glasgow

One of the most revered artists in the scene DJ Sprinkles headlines this bill alongside Palms Trax. For anyone seeking that all-elusive "special" New Year's Eve night, Sprinkles is one of the few options that can guarantee it with her knack for expertly crafted sets of mind blowing beauty that are also eminently danceable.

Patterns, Brighton

Experience a 1980s style Miami discoteque in the mild climes of the South East at Brighton's best new club. Seafront spot Patterns has got powerhouse duo Bicep seeing in the midnight hour at their neon-infused extravaganza. Get a few beach cocktails down you then lose yourself in the strobes.

21 Concrete NYE

Concrete, Paris
