Next year Red Bull's Music Academy comes to London where the pop-up music school will inspire, promote and provoke 60 lucky hopefuls into becoming the music stars of the future.

Heading up the UK contingent are seven of the brightest electronic and underground talents which we thought you may be up for looking into.

Kidkanevil is a DJ/Producer from London whose take on hip-hop offers a distinct edge , Mau'lin is a multi-instrumentalist from Stratford, London, Flava D is the self taught Wiley protégé , DJ Jackmaster is a label owner and in-demand remixer from Glasgow , Katy B is a singer who has gone from steel pan band to jazzy vocalist Illum Sphere is a Manchester based Dubstep producer and finally DJ Braiden is a DJ from legendary pirate station Rinse FM
Every artist has been handpicked via a rigorous application process to ensure they bring something unique to the Academy.
