Recroding software, pretty noob question, go easy on me.

I'm looking for some, preferably free, software to record from my Numark DM1050 mixer to i suppose an MP3 format. Can you guys help me out?

Im a noob too but.......

Audacity is pretty simple to use and allows you to edit it pretty basically ya just plugin and record
