Additional Notes:

1. Acceptable image formats: .gif, .jpg or .png. Animation allowed.

2. Any additional files (either .swf or .fla) MUST either load 'politely' (i.e. not start loading until the hosting page has fully loaded), or be prompted by user interaction (on_mouseover/on_click).

3. Any audio must be user-initiated on_click. A clear on/off or mute button must be present (initially off).

4. If expansion is on_mouseover, collapse must be on_mouseout. An obvious close or collapse button is required if expansion is on_click.

5. All creatives submitted should be fully tested in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Google Chrome.

6. Please ensure that any ads submitted in .swf format are embedded with the click-through URL. If you're supplying a .gif or .jpg, please provide us with the destination URL.

7. All creatives are subject to approval. Development Hell reserve the right to reject ads arbitrarily and to withdraw ads in the event of significant adverse user feedback.
