Adam Freeland points the finger at Black Eyed Peas for plagiarism

Hip-hops Black Eyed Peas are in a spot of trouble after facing legal action from British DJ Adam Freeland who has accused the group of snatching one of his songs.

Freeland claims the group used the beat from his track "Mancry" in "Party All the Time," which featured on their latest record The E.N.D.

In true Twitter fashion, the DJ has expressed his anger online. He writes, "OK. Check this. Listen to our song 'Mancry'. Now listen to Black Eyed Peas 'Party all the time' WTF!"

Apparently no ones taken legal action yet but this isn’t the first time Black Eyed Peas star Will.i.am has been accused of such naughties. In 2007 he was forced to drop an excerpt from "Daft Punk's Around in the World" from his "I Got it From My Momma" track by the French duo's lawyers. Tut tut, it’s about to get started!
