Following the amazing Elements Of Life tour that has so far played to over 300,000 fans, Tiesto, the worlds biggest DJ, is to release a remix version of his 'Elements Of life' album.

On rerub duties are Cosmic Gate, Mat Zo and First State alongside an already huge remix of Dance4life by Fonzerelli, Dirty South’s retake of In The Dark plus the previously digital only remix of Break My Fall by Richard Durrand. Also included is the unreleased bonus track No More Heroes featuring Blue Man Group.

The album comes out on Monday 16th June

Japanese cyborg-like DJ Yoji Biomehanika has dropped his surname, perhaps having tired of journalists spelling it six different ways in the course of one story (sorry mate).

From now on, he will be known simply as Yoji.

The Escape Into The Park line-up has been announced. The Welsh festival will take place in Singleton Park in Swansea on Saturday 14th June.

Another Ibiza thunders by. It goes far too quickly for my liking. Friday 20th September was my final show of the Balearic season, and the closing party for Cream in Ibiza. I was in the main room with Ferry Corsten and Paul van Dyk, with Anthony Probyn, Sebastian Ingrosso and Axwell on the Mixmag Terrace.
As always, the main room was rammed from midnight, the punters literally came bouncing in. I love that club, it’s probably the best main room in the world. The sound system in there is amazing to play on, you can keep pushing it up and up, and it still wants more.
Ferry took over from me, and I received a massive cheer from the Cream faithful. Job done, and now time to party. Paul van Dyk was fantastic as well, and played by new track ‘La Galeria’. This record is really gaining momentum now, watch this space.
I’ve banged on about the Mixmag Terrace all summer, but it really has been that good. I’ve been to all Ibiza’s clubs many times, and take it from me - that terrace is the best house room in Ibiza. It’s a feel good vibe on there, everyone is smiling their face off all night, and the Swedish house mafia have taken it to another level in 2007. They rocked the place, a great finale to an unbelievable season. Roll on 2008.

My fifth show of the Cream Ibiza season was last Thursday 6th September.

I love September in Ibiza. This island is slightly less busy, with a different type of party goer out there. You can get a decent gauge of how busy Cream will be by people out on the street, and the streets were heaving. The new walkway from Kanya, right across the coast into San An has revolutionised that part of the town, much for the better. Loads more people come to enjoy the famous Iberian sunset.

The Italian legend Pavarotti dies Thursday morning, and as a fitting tribute Mambo and Café Del Mar played his famous track Nessun Dorma as the sun was going down. Very special.

I arrived at Amnesia just before my 1-3am set. I was in the main room with Paul van Dyk and Edgar V from America, with Steve Angello and Chris Lake on the Mixmag Terrace. Suffice to say the club was rammed again, as it has been all year. This has been a massive season for Cream again, and it’s been a real pleasure to have been part of it. I handed over to Edgar just before 3am, to another great ovation from the Cream faithful. Job done. Now it was time to party. Over on the Mixmag Terrace, Steve Angello was taking the joint apart. I was very impressed with Chris Lake as well, first time I’ve seen him play and he was really good. Again the Mixmag terrace surpassed itself, like I say every week – the best house room in Ibiza.

I’m back over to La Isla Blanca for my final show next Thursday 20th September, for the Cream closing party. PVD, Ferry Corsten with Axwell and Ingrosso on the Mixmag Terrace. Bring it on .

I’ve had a mad few weeks in Ibiza, kicking off last Thursday 9 August with a massive show at Amnesia for Cream. I was billed in the main room alongside PVD and Ferry Corsten, so the show had roadblock written all over it.  Ferry took over at 2am and I set about enjoying the Mixmag Terrace. D Ramirez was over, alongside Tocadisco. I’ve already banged on about how good the Mixmag Terrace has been all summer; it’s the best house room in Ibiza, no question.

On Saturday, it was back to Amnesia for the massive Cream Radio 1 party in the evening, the height of the summer party season. The place was packed out, Colleen, Vernon & Tess, all of Radio 1, the cast of Hollyoaks and I even had a chat with Todd Terry who was propping up the VIP bar. I was back on main room duties again, this time warming the place up for Sasha, before he went live on air. I really enjoyed playing a house set, the sound system was amazing, and again the place went right off. The room was packed out really early, everyone bang up for the fact the club was going live to the world on Radio 1. Sasha took over from me, and I received a fantastic cheer from the Cream crowd. Job done.

Axwell, Angello and Ingrosso took over from Sasha, follwed by Eddie Halliwell. I then managed to get back on at 7am for a final blast in the main room, following Eddie it was foot to the floor time, driving trance all the way.

I’m back to Ibiza first week of September but this weekend is all about Creamfields in Liverpool, Saturday 25 August. The line up is amazing, and I’m spinning two sets. 3.00-4.30pm in the main Cream Arena, then a later set in the new Residents Bar. If you haven’t got tickets yet, get on it, as well as sun cream – it’s looking like a scorcher.

Last Thursday couldn’t have come round quick enough for me, my first set in Ibiza this summer for Cream. My June date was cancelled due to Amnesia’s licensing problems. After spinning at the Kanya pre-party, I arrived at the club for 11.30 and was immediately reminded what an amazing place it is. The sound system in there kicks butt and I loved being back in the main room booth.

This is my fourth season now as resident for Cream and the shows get better and better. The place was absolutely heaving all night, one of the busiest I’ve ever seen the club. Ferry Corsten took over from me and the room was going right off - job done!

My current sound includes tough, pumping house, right through to trance, which has a tech, hard feel to it. There’s that much good new music around at the moment, I’m spoilt for choice. My new track with The Viceroy ‘La Galeria’ went down a storm as well, the perfect place to road test new music!

The Mixmag Terrace was unbelievable. I’ve seen this room develop enormously over the last few years, with the line ups getting increasingly stronger. Last Thursday things were taken to a whole new level with Tocadisco and Sebastian Ingrosso were on fire. Improved sound and five green lasers - the place went off like the proverbial rocket. This must be the best house room in Ibiza now? I had a ball in the box with Sebastian, that boy can party, swigging neat Vodka from the bottle all night.

I’m back next week for two shows, Cream’s 11th Ibiza Birthday on Thursday then the massive Cream Radio 1 party on Saturday with Sasha, so expect a bumper edition of my Mixmag blog then.

    Gatercrasher One in Sheffield, the flagship of the CRasher club empire, was destroyed by fire yesterday. The fire broke out around 5pm. Two people were reported inside when the fire took hold but they were evacuated safely.
25 firefighters fought to get the blaze under control. At one point the Arundel Street end of the building collapsed, narrowly missing firefighters. 

Ibizan superclub Cream, at Amnesia every Thursday through the summer, have announced their line-ups and we're proud to inform you Mixmag be hosting the terrace every week with a line-up that includes Steve Angello, Annie Mac, D Ramirez, Simian Mobile Disco and the Klaxons.

There were lumps in throats and tears before bedtime last week when the Mixmag office heard The Opera House were giving long running superclub Slinky the boot. Apparently the new owners don't like having one of the UKs finest trance nights in their venue and so the Haloween Ball will be the last event at the Bournemouth club. Not taking 'no' for an answer, a group of dedicated Slinky kids have begun a petition to keep the night running. "All we want is two nights a month" organiser Maria Mack told us. The charity ActionAid are running a campaign to remind the world's leaders they have promised to tackle the global AIDS/HIV problem.
They'll have a chill-out tent at this weekend's Global Gathering and their cause is supported by Judge Jules. "40 million people worldwide are living with HIV & AIDS. I think it's great that ActionAid are helping to raise awareness of this issue and campaign for treatment for all," say the Judge.
